Overview: Colorado voters have passed a ballot initiative to decriminalize psychedelic mushrooms for people 21 and older and to create state-regulated “healing centers” where participants can experience the drug under supervision.

Overview: New Approach PAC filed two ballot measures to get on the 2022 ballot. The first would legalize possession, cultivation of an array of entheogenic substances, as well as establish a regulatory model for psychedelics therapy. The second is similar but a somewhat dialed-back proposal that would initially legalize psilocybin and psilocin alone for personal adult use while also allowing for the sale and administration in a therapeutic setting.
